FTI has two buildings and a 42,000-square-foot facility on 3.5 acres in Glasgow, Kentucky. At this site, we feature warehousing, inventory management, CNC machining, sub-assembly, quality lab, manufacturing engineering and sustaining support.

When issues arise quickly requiring sorting services to contain defective parts, FTI can provide these either at our location, your location or your customers. We offer visual inspection sorting as well as dimensional inspection. As with our manufacturing, we guarantee quality control to ensure the elimination of defective products.

Minimizing risk, maximizing flexibility and avoiding capital costs means having the right resources ready when you need them. FTI takes total responsibility for the products we provide and we will also manage assembly components from your suppliers as well.

Our team will work with your planners to effectively manage stock levels and product rotation so qualified products are always ready to ship. We can warehouse both products that we manufacture on your behalf and others.

The FTI facility in Glasgow, Kentucky is designed for logistics, assembly, packaging, kitting and fulfillment. We are prepared to handle subassemblies at all levels – including complete, final assembly testing and packaging.

At FTI, everyone on our team is responsible for quality assurance and customer service. It’s a focus in everything we do. Whether it’s a one-time need to evaluate critical characteristics with standard gaging or as comprehensive as Level III PPAP, we’re here.

We have the capability to measure a wide variety of parts. Our Zeiss Contura 700 CMM has a primary envelope of 20” X 22” x 25” and can verify 0.00008” over its extended range. For less complicated components, we have all types of certified gages or part-specific attribute measurement available.
